Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing mechanical systems and products, creating machine designs using advanced tools, and producing detailed technical drawings. Day-to-day tasks include CAD modeling, supporting product designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design challenges, and conducting assessments to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Skills in Design Engineering and Machine Design
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design
• Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in data center equipment design is advantageous
