Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the UK, serving as their trusted post-implementation partner.
  • Provide expert clinical and technical support for data connectivity solutions and reporting tools, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing education to healthcare teams on product utilization, data management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical data systems, working closely with IT and clinical staff.
  • Analyze client usage patterns and reporting needs to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in clinical data management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, user group meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in perfusion or related clinical specialty.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in clinical data systems, connectivity solutions, or healthcare IT.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts for clinical audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited for engaging with medical professionals and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
