Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM & Payroll Specialists - SC Cleared

We are supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation and are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Payroll specialists to join the programme on a contract basis.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong functional expertise across Fusion HCM and/or Payroll

  • Experience working across both transactional and strategic HR areas

  • Minimum 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM/Payroll implementations in large organisations

  • 10+ years delivering complex ERP-enabled change (desirable)

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in multi-vendor environments

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Excellent documentation and analysis capability

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving programme

  • Active SC clearance required from day one
