  • Ensure new systems and enhancements are delivered with the right documentation, governance, and change management practices
  • Manage delivery within agreed time, scope, and cost parameters, keeping stakeholders informed and confident throughout
  • Analyse business processes, map workflows, and translate operational needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical groups, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives across SaaS sales environments, owning project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines
  • Conduct detailed as-is and to-be analysis, producing clear documentation that supports decision-making and future-state design
  • Work closely with sales leadership, product teams, IT, and customer success to align objectives, roles, and responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure smooth delivery and adoption
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using modern project management tools
  • Analyse change impacts on sales processes, workflows, and team dynamics, recommending strategies to minimise disruption
  • Create communication and training plans to support adoption of new tools and processes
  • Identify risks early, build mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and roadblocks
