Product Manager, Product Owner, Hybrid 650

We require Senior Product Manager/Product Owner to lead the delivery of an innovative digital platform pilot designed to improve decision-making across large, complex organisations.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-profile initiative focused on connecting organisational data, architecture intelligence and evidence-based decision-making.
You will be required to;
Define and own the product vision, roadmap and delivery priorities.
Translate business and user needs into clear product outcomes, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers.
Work closely with enterprise architecture and technical specialists to ensure platform capabilities deliver meaningful business value.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and success measures.
Establish and communicate benefits realisation frameworks and product performance metrics.
Lead pilot evaluation activities, lessons learned and future recommendations.
Ensure supplier outputs meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
Essential ExperienceProven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering SaaS products, platforms or complex digital services preferably within central government.
Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint planning and user story development.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership teams and external suppliers.
Experience defining and measuring product outcomes, benefits and success metrics.
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and how architecture tooling supports organisational decision-making.
Experience working within large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.
Desirable
Experience with Enterprise Architecture platforms such as:ArdoqSAP LeanIXAvolution ABACUSSparx Enterprise ArchitectExperience delivering shared services or platforms across multiple organisations.Product Management certifications such as:BCS Product ManagementScrum.orgSAFeExperience using Jira.
