Solution Architect, Hybrid, Liverpool, Inside IR35
SC CLEARED MS 365 DYNAMICS SOLUTION ARCHITECT - HYBRID, WITH 2 DAYS ON SITE IN BOOTLE, LIVERPOOL - 9 MONTH CONTRACT - RATES INSIDE IR35 - TO START ASAP
We are looking for a Solutions Architect who has excellent experience with MS 365 Dynamics. This will be working within a very busy Public Sector client.
Role -
You will bridge the gap between the complex business needs of the Client and the technical capabilities of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE tools and associated Power Platforms applications. You will design secure, scalable and cost-effective system blueprints, functional improvements and process improvements in an extant D365 implementation, ensuring that the final Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation aligns with the goals of our Service Owners and the Commission both now and in the future.
EXPERIENCE
Experience executing end-to-end D365 implementations from initial design through to go-live and warranty (hypercare).
Deep experience in specific core modules, specifically D365 Sales/Service (CE).
Managing multi-tier environment topologies (Development, Sandbox, UAT, Production) and handling regular Microsoft platform updates without system downtime.
Writing clean, scalable code to extend D365, including C# plug-ins, custom workflow activities JavaScript for form Scripting.
Building complex Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), configuring Power Automate cloud flows, and leveraging Dataverse environment variables.
You have a comprehensive understanding of proven record of working with Customer Engagement (CRM), including first-hand knowledge of their native capabilities and limitations.
You have experience designing secure, Real Time, and batch integrations using Azure Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) API Management to connect D365 with third-party Legacy systems.
You have designed scalable Dataverse or SQL-based data models that optimise system performance and reporting.
Demonstrated significant experience of working professionally in a MSD 365 Solutions Architecture role.
