OpenShift Developer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes, including installation/build, configuration, upgrades, disconnected environments and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrable OpenShift engineering/development experience, with the ability to design and build platform solutions rather than solely administer existing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps and Helm for automated application and platform deployment.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD engineering, including Git and Jenkins and/or Tekton.
- Strong experience with RHCOS, Linux/RHEL, node patching and OpenShift cluster upgrade processes.
- Hands-on automation experience using Ansible.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Python for platform engineering and automation.
- Experience with RHACM/ACM for multi-cluster management, governance and policy management.
- Strong understanding of OpenShift networking, DNS, ingress/egress, routing, load balancing, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex platform, infrastructure and deployment issues.
