Senior OneStream Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end OneStream implementations, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, and build.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality OneStream solutions across consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and configure OneStream objects such as workflows, forms, business rules, data integrations, dashboards, and cube views.
• Ensure solution designs follow best practices, governance standards, and performance optimization principles.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary functional and technical advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on OneStream capabilities and EPM leading practices.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.

Project Leadership

• Lead project workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and client leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge development.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Develop and optimize complex business rules (VB.NET), data integrations, and automation scripts.
• Support financial consolidation logic, intercompany elimination, currency translation, and close processes.
• Design advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations using OneStream capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in OneStream implementation projects
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, FP&A processes, and corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency with OneStream configuration, business rules (VB.NET), workflows, and integration tools.
• Experience leading solution design workshops and managing client-facing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred

• OneStream certifications (OneStream Lead Architect)
• Experience with related technologies (SQL, Power BI, Python, Azure).
• Consulting background with a major EPM/ERP or financial systems integrator.
• Experience with complex multi-entity, multinational environments.
