Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
Salary: £80,000 - £135,000 + Bonus

With increasing investment in AI and automation, the business is looking for a commercially minded Head of Product to drive innovation across its product portfolio and identify new opportunities to create customer value through data and AI.

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on product leadership role focused on shaping the roadmap for AI-powered and data-driven products.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Data, AI and commercial teams to identify opportunities, validate new ideas and bring innovative solutions to market. The role would suit someone who has successfully launched AI-enabled products and can balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI and data-led initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Lead the development and launch of new products, features and workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Data and Design teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive customer discovery, product research and validation activities.
• Translate customer, market and data insights into product decisions.
• Work with commercial stakeholders to maximise adoption, engagement and growth.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
• Champion a product-led culture focused on innovation and measurable outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Experience launching AI-powered products, features or platforms.
• Strong understanding of data products, analytics or information-rich environments.
• Comfortable working with technical teams on complex product initiatives.
• Excellent product discovery, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Commercially minded with a focus on customer and business impact.
• Passionate about AI, data and emerging technology.
