Staff Rails Engineer

We are working with a London-based team scaling their Rails function - they’re specifically looking for engineers who can raise the bar, not just contribute.

• Start ASAP
• You must have deep Ruby/Rails experience
• Opportunity for IC or more responsibility around coaching and mentoring
• Opportunity to work across teams
• Responsibility around system design, architecture and driving technical strategy
• Hybrid - 1 day per week into the London office
• Up to £130k basic + benefits including equity
