The Role

As a Senior Manager within the ERP & Transformation practice, you’ll lead complex, high-value programs that sit at the heart of merger integrations and carve-outs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders from CIOs to deal teams, ensuring that technology strategy, systems design, and implementation planning align to business and investment goals.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional colleagues across M&A, operations, and data, overseeing ERP-focused transformation programs across industries including technology, healthcare, industrials, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams on ERP transformation projects within M&A contexts, ensuring technical, operational, and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee carve-out and integration programs, providing structure, PMO support, and execution oversight across functional and technical areas.
  • Conduct ERP and systems due diligence assessments, identifying opportunities and risks across platforms and processes.
  • Partner with private equity and corporate clients to define target operating models and investment priorities.
  • Advise on ERP strategy and architecture (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), managing SI partners and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies, frameworks, and go-to-market propositions within the ERP & Transformation team.
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional growth.
  • Participate in business development, client proposals, and internal growth initiatives as the UK office scales.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex ERP or digital transformation programs, ideally within consulting or M&A contexts.
  • Proven experience delivering multiple ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of carve-out, integration, or separation programs.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy with technology delivery, balancing detail with strategic oversight.
  • Background in consulting
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-growing, agile environment.
  • Eligible to work permanently in the UK and open to limited travel (approx. 1–2x/month).

Compensation & Benefits

  • £150,000-£170,000
  • 15% annual bonus
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
