AI Platform Lead

Sparta Global are hiring an AI Platform Lead to oversee the implementation, rollout, integration, and ongoing management of an enterprise AI-powered workplace insights platform within a banking environment.

This role will focus on ensuring the successful deployment and operational effectiveness of AI-enabled software across large-scale end-user environments, working closely with technical, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal owner for the AI platform capability
• Lead the implementation and enterprise-wide rollout of AI-enabled workplace software
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational integration
• Act as the technical lead for platform configuration, optimisation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement
• Ensure the platform operates securely, reliably, and in line with organisational governance standards
• Establish processes for monitoring platform performance, adoption, and operational effectiveness
• Support the integration of AI-driven insights into wider business and workplace technology ecosystems
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, security, privacy, and responsible AI usage standards
• Provide guidance and support around AI governance, transparency, and ethical implementation practices
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities related to the platform

Required Experience

• Experience implementing and managing enterprise AI platforms within large-scale environments
• Experience with digital workplace, employee experience, or behavioural analytics platforms
• Exposure to AI-enabled, analytics, or intelligent automation technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, endpoint environments, and software deployment practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms and SaaS technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery experience
• Knowledge of security, compliance, data governance, and privacy considerations
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively
