Major Incident Manager - Enterprise IT
up to £60,000 + bonus + benefits
A Major Incident Manager opportunity for an established and collaborative team in a high-profile ecommerce business offering scope for progression and cross training.
The Major Incident Manager will be responsible for a variety of Enterprise level IT incidents, so previous experience in a similar role is essential, and experience of and ServiceNow is preferred.
The company offices are in Hampshire commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke, Fareham, Bournemouth areas and offer flexible hybrid working options.
Essential requirements:
- 5 years+ commercial experience in a MI Manager, Problem Manager, ITSM, or similar role
- Able to demonstrate dedicated Major Incident management ownership
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external vendors
- Good understanding of IT including Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, SAP, etc
- Experience with relevant tools, Jira, ServiceNow, etc
- ITIL certified
