Data Engineer
An exciting marketing and media technology business in London is looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing data team.
- Based in London
- 4 days a week in the office (Monday to Thursday)
- Permanent position
- Start date: ASAP
- £60,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
The Job
As the Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions
- Working with BigQuery, SQL, Looker ML and modern data platforms to transform and activate data
- Integrating data from CRM, marketing, analytics and third-party platforms
- Advising stakeholders on data architecture, implementation and best practice
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Supporting reporting, analytics and data visualisation initiatives
- Contributing to AI and marketing technology transformation projects
- Managing data integration projects from inception through to delivery
You
- Strong experience with GCP, BigQuery and SQL
- Experience using Looker ML
- Background in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or Data Solutions
- Experience working with marketing, media, martech or adtech data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering client-facing data solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Snowflake would be beneficial
- Comfortable translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Agency or publisher-side experience would be advantageous
