We’re looking for a self-employed Partner Director to join us on this journey. As a partner, you’ll be building your own portfolio of clients while leveraging our global team, leading AI experts, and end-to-end delivery support. Your Role as a Partner:

  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients in key sectors (finance, healthcare, retail, tech, and more)
  • Introduce businesses to Sprouto’s subscription-based development plans
  • Leverage Sprouto’s resources to deliver enterprise-grade solutions without operational headaches
  • Represent Sprouto at networking events, trade shows, and through your own outreach
  • Develop long-term relationships that create recurring revenue streams

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in tech/IT)
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging team support
  • Ambition to grow your own business in partnership with a global software talent company
