This is a hands-on, high-energy role where youll source top technical talent, manage candidate pipelines, and help fill live vacancies with our existing clients. Youll be stepping into a hot desk with active roles from day one, working alongside experienced recruiters wholl train, mentor, and push you to succeed.

What Were Looking For:

• Ambitious, energetic individuals who want to succeed in sales or recruitment

• Any sales, telesales, or recruitment experience is beneficial (but not essential)

• Confident communicator with strong people skills

• Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Must be able to work onsite in Manchester (MondayFriday)
