Sales Manager: North America

At this unique and incredibly exciting period of growth, we are looking for a high performing Sales Manager to lead our North America team.

Over the last 2 years since the team has been established it has grown 10X from a $700,000 business to a $7m business in revenue terms. We have ambitious but realistic plans to grow 30% in 2026 and we're looking to find the right sales leader to continue on this incredible trajectory.

Day to day in this role looks like:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders in our partner organisations to ensure mutual success
  • Setting clear goals, growing performance, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.

The role is based in our UK office in Leeds, and to suit our customers in the North American market, the working hours for the role are 12:30 to 20:30 UK time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets with a One Team mentality.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Oversee team pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM data management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Working closely with senior stakeholders within our partner organisations. Support the team in building strong client relationships and resolving escalated issues effectively.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and development.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and campaigns in line with company objectives and market opportunities to strive for better.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer experience.
  • Data drive approach: Utilise data to drive team performance, provide insight on market trends, and sales insights to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Strong background in sales, particularly demonstrating building excellent relationships with external partners.
  • Has a solid understanding of the IT channel.
  • Has experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders within external partners.
  • Wants to be present, on site in Leeds with the team for a minimum of 4 days per week.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Team-building and people development
