Client Implementation and Project Manager

The Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Client Implementation & Project Manager to join our PMO team.

Constellia is a dynamic and growing business committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are building a strong operational infrastructure to support our continued growth — and this role sits at the heart of that mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Own and enhance the full end-to-end client onboarding process (Gold, Silver, Bronze clients), ensuring a smooth and professional implementation experience.
  • Continuously improve the customer journey by working closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, MD, COO, and heads of key business units.
  • Drive a variety of project types — from business operational improvements to technology platform rollouts — acting as the central PMO owner.
  • Anticipate and address potential risks, roadblocks, or opportunities before they arise, applying a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (senior management, business units, technical teams, external partners) to ensure successful and cohesive project delivery.
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered on time, to high quality standards, and in line with company goals.
  • Identify and implement best-practice project management processes to help the company scale efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) level 4+; degree-level education (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager — ideally in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Experience with client implementations or technology-based projects is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering multiple projects on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Experience or familiarity with practical project management tools and techniques. We value pragmatic execution over rigid adherence to methodology.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to pass baseline security screening (BPSS).
  • In some cases, Security Check (SC) clearance may be required.

Whats in it for you?

  • A key role in a growing and ambitious company, with plenty of opportunity to shape and influence the client experience and internal processes.
  • Hybrid working model, your birthday off as an extra holiday (+ 25 days), office attendance bonus, life insurance, company events, free all day cafe.
  • A chance to lead diverse projects across business operations and technology platforms — broadening your exposure and experience.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture that values initiative, efficiency, and delivery.
