Senior Account Executive B2B SaaS
We're an AI start-up building advanced forecasting solutions that transform how organisations make decisions. As we kick off V2 of our platform, we're looking for a self-starting Senior Account Executive B2B SaaS to join our core team at a pivotal moment. You'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of our product and its real-world impact.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation through to close.
- Work cross functionally with technical, development and leadership teams.
- Deeply understand customer needs to position TFM as the best solution.
- Develop scaleable Sales Processes for growing team.
- Report to the COO with key sales statistics and prospect feedback to inform future feature roll-out.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of B2B Tech Sales Experience in an ideally Startup Environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to SMBs.
- Strong negotiation, communication and story-telling skills.
- Experience with prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls and demos.
- Ambitions to grow within the role towards a senior sales management / Head of Sales role.
- French, Spanish or German language skills would be a plus.
