We are commissioning a supplier to deliver a corporate website, a B2B platform MVP and a WMS configured 3PL client portal.

Scope

1. Corporate website and CMS : services, brands, blog, learning hub and bookings.
2. B2B platform MVP : onboarding for exporters and buyers, document verification, readiness tiers with admin override, buyer matching, user and admin dashboards, CSV or Excel exports.
3. 3PL workstream : select and configure a WMS client portal so clients can view inventory, receipts, orders and shipments; ASN and receiving flows; pick pack ship; label generation for major UK carriers; KPI and SLA reporting.

Standards

WCAG 2.2 AA, GDPR with DPIA, Core Web Vitals with median public page load under 3 seconds, 99.5 percent uptime target during business hours, MFA for admins, encryption in transit and at rest, backups and audit logging.

Deliverables

• Discovery and architecture pack including DPIA draft and data model
• Design system, templates and CMS configuration
• Platform MVP build with verification, scoring and matching
• WMS configuration pack and client portal setup
• Carrier integrations plan and label formats
• Testing evidence and vulnerability scan resolution
• UAT, go live and two weeks hypercare with runbooks
• Handover documents for admin, deployment and support

Supplier profile

• Proven delivery of B2B portals and secure CMS websites
• Hands on WMS or 3PL client portal configuration for SME warehouses
• Strong security, privacy and accessibility practice
• Ability to start January 2026
