Role Overview:
Our client are seeking a talented and motivated Power Platform Developer to join their technology team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse . You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business needs.
- Build Power Automate flows to automate processes and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in security, governance, and maintainability .
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Dynamics 365).
- Participate in code reviews, solution testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Keep up-to-date with new features and updates to the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3–6 years’ experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integration, and connectors .
- Solid experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript is highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modelling .
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM integrations .
- Understanding of financial services systems or processes .
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
