Our culture champions overachievement, accountability and collaboration. Minimum fees start at £7k, with retained/exclusive work becoming your norm.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with VP, C-Suite and Founders at high-growth SaaS vendors to scale their functions
- Run the full 270° or 360° remit (or 180° if preferred): client development, search execution, senior candidate management
- Build deep, strategic relationships with senior talent across EMEA & the US
- Act as a trusted advisor on market intel, talent strategy and organisational design
- Influence internal growth, culture and direction-this is a build phase, not a maintenance phase
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5+ years in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, executive search, or senior B2B sales
- Confident operating at a senior level with SaaS or tech leadership teams
- Strong client development skills with a track record of winning + growing accounts
- Consultative, credible and commercially sharp
- Ambitious operator who wants real progression, impact and responsibility
- Experience in SaaS/GTM/tech recruitment is ideal, but standout consultants from adjacent industries are encouraged to apply
