Finance Manager

9 - 12 month FTC

We are exclusively partnered with a PE backed Tech business who are currently looking for a Finance Manager on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.

As the Finance Manager, you will closely support the Finance Director and take the lead on financial reporting operations and significantly contribute on budget, forecasting, management accounts to help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close for the group and all entities, preparing monthly management accounts and inputting variance analysis to dictate the narrative of group performance
• Joint lead the audit processes from liaising with external auditors to producing key financial statements for the group and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP
• Manage the Finance Assistant and oversee the Accounts Payable and Receivable function
• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts
• Source opportunities to streamline month-end processes and implement efficiency that will aid develop financial reporting

About You:

• ACA/CAANZ/CA qualified from practice with 1-2 years industry experience in a Group Reporting function
• Strong technical accounting experience including audit, statutory accounting and producing financial statements
• A natural leader who can think commercially and have exceptional attention to detail
• Immediately available or available to start early January 2026
