Oracle Cloud R2R and Lease Accounting Consultant

Description: As an experienced Oracle Cloud Record to Report and Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for leading workstreams on Oracle Cloud Transformation programmes. You'll work with the latest technologies and big name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organisations. Playing key roles on client engagements, assisting in creating new opportunities and contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of our people.
Minimum Years Experience: 5
5 Key Skills Required:
- Detailed knowledge of Chart of Accounts, Account Reconciliation, Financial, Consolidation and Close, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Lease Accounting with the ability to configure all. Knowledge of Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management is also desirable.
- A strong understanding of best practices in relation to the deployment of R2R and Leasing business processes, considering controls, dependencies and related application implementation design and configuration options within transformation programmes.
- Awareness and understanding of the interactions and key data points across other Oracle applications and platform components, including other Financials capabilities and process areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Projects.
- Full life cycle experience of a minimum of 3 Oracle R2R and Leasing implementations.
- Ability to design and document the R2R and Leasing solution for a business implementation.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
- Leading, or providing key support to the Record to Report (R2R) and Leasing workstream for large client programmes focused on Oracle ERP Cloud technology using our industry leading methodologies to transform client's businesses.
- Leading more junior consultants in a distributed delivery model in the delivery of the solution from design through to deployment.
- Leading clients through the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud as a workstream/functional lead, or key resource.
- Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of programme plans and governance to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality.
- Assessing risks and issues by maintaining logs and contingency plans.
