The Role

As a Senior Associate in the Technology Disputes team, you’ll be part of one of the largest and most respected IP & Tech disputes practices in the market. You’ll handle a wide range of contentious matters for tech-focused clients - from start-ups to global giants

You can expeect to work across the following:

• High-value IT outsourcing disputes and distressed project management
• Complex litigation and arbitration involving tech implementation failures
• Strategic advisory work on change control, delay analysis, and breach of contract
• Multi-jurisdictional matters involving cloud transformation and AI-related disputes

Ideal candidates will have experience in High Court litigation, injunctions, and alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and expert determination. Exposure to IP rights, licensing, and software-related issues is advantageous. You’ll be expected to lead client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior team members.
