💡 The Role
- Build core product features across frontend, backend and AI systems
- Shape architecture, tooling and engineering best practices from day zero
- Work directly with the founders on product strategy and technical direction
- Move fast in a highly iterative environment while maintaining high engineering quality
- Help define culture, processes and engineering foundations for a rapidly scaling product
🛠️ Tech Environment
- Next.js and TypeScript
- Python with FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- Modern AI frameworks and agent-driven workflows
- Engineers who can learn fast and adapt will thrive
🥷 What You Need
- 5+ years experience working in high-growth early stage startups
- BSc/MSc from highly ranked University (Oxford,Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, etc...)
- A desire to work in a high-growth and fast-paced startup that pushes limits
