Business Development Manager

An established Engineering Company, a leading name in Automation Technologies, seeks a Business Development Manager to focus on New Opportunity Pipelines, Productivity and Corporation Value Proposition. You’ll bring the ability to meet and exceed sales targets; lead, coach and mentor teams, possess excellent communication skills as well as having a passion for driving results.

This new role, part of a broad cultural transformation, builds on a foundation for sustained success, enabling you to shape the direction of the sales team.

The successful Business Development Manager will ideally have a background involving Electronic Manufacturing or similar industrial environment; will be competent in developing new sales and business opportunities as well as being an effective planner and team coach.

You should reside in the M1 corridor area from Beds/Bucks up to Cambs and Northants.
