Job Description
I am actively seeking an experienced Account Manager, with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, for an interesting role with a reputable Microsoft partner. With UK wide coverage, my client is looking to grow the team with a Client Account Manager who can assist in managing a diverse client base - guiding stakeholders, ensuring successful customer relationships are forged, maximise service excellence, and to fundamentally ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
This role is home based, with travel to customer site where required - flexibility offered around home working/ working hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- High level stakeholder management - managing relations remotely and face to face
- Developing new business prospects through effective analysis and customer understanding
- Coordinating internally to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively
- Customer guidance surrounding the market and project time lines
Skills & Qualifications
- A proven track record in partner based account/ relationship management role
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product experience
- Strong analysis skills - ability to understand business processes and offer advice
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - strong stakeholder management expertise
