HRIS Analyst

Ready to make HR technology work smarter?

We're looking for an HRIS Analyst to join an established international organisation, supporting and enhancing its global HR technology landscape.

This is a hands-on role combining SAP SuccessFactors configuration, day-to-day HRIS support and system optimisation. You'll work closely with HR, IT and wider business stakeholders to solve technical challenges, deliver system improvements and ensure the platform continues to meet the needs of a complex, international business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing hands-on SAP SuccessFactors support, troubleshooting system issues and managing incidents through to resolution.
  • Configuring and maintaining Employee Central functionality, including workflows, business rules, MDF objects and role-based permissions.
  • Managing system enhancements and changes, from requirements gathering and configuration through to testing, approval and deployment.
  • Supporting regular SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, UAT and regression testing.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve HR processes, reducing manual work and improving system efficiency.
  • Maintaining employee data integrity, system governance, reporting and data quality.
  • Supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systems, working with IT teams and external providers.
  • Working with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Supporting user adoption through system documentation, training and guidance.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience in HRIS or HR systems support.
  • Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience – essential, ideally with Employee Central.
  • Experience configuring workflows, business rules, MDF objects, permissions and other system functionality.
  • A background in system administration, troubleshooting, enhancements and ongoing platform support.
  • Experience supporting system changes, testing, releases or implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in improving the end-user experience.
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Time Off, Compensation, Performance & Goals or Learning would be advantageous. Exposure to integrations, APIs, SFTP, middleware or data migration would also be beneficial.
