Do you have a passion for data, thrive on building powerful visualisations, and enjoy turning business challenges into actionable insights?

We’re hiring a Power BI Developer to join a leading international consumer goods business, shaping the future of commercial insights across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will see you transform raw data into impactful dashboards, empower decision-making, and drive performance across a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.

The Company

Our client is one of the fastest-growing names in the global FMCG industry, known for its bold brand identity and disruptive, fast-paced culture. Operating in over 140 countries, they’ve built a reputation for innovation, rapid expansion, and delivering market-leading products across multiple categories.

The Role

Reporting into the Vice President of Commercial Strategy, you’ll be the go-to Power BI expert, collaborating with data engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver robust analytics solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between backend data and business needs, ensuring that insights are accurate, timely, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to define KPIs, goals, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Support the deployment of solutions to international business teams.
  • Translate business needs into scalable analytic solutions in collaboration with US and EMEA colleagues.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing and upskilling within the analytics function.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an advanced Power BI developer, including automation and data modelling.
  • Strong data visualisation skills and ability to translate business deliverables into data solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Data Fabric / Azure stack and understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP BW is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative, with international team experience.

Why Apply?

Global Reach – Shape insights across EMEA and collaborate with international teams
High Impact – Build dashboards and tools that directly influence business performance
Growth & Development – Join a bold, dynamic business where your work will make a visible difference
