Hyde is looking for a Data Support Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical and data issues, supporting users and improving the way systems and data work across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical and data support for business systems and user requests.
- Investigate data, integration and reconciliation issues and identify root causes.
- Use tools such as SQL, logs and monitoring dashboards to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams or suppliers where needed.
- Support users with clear advice and practical problem solving.
- Carry out data checks and reconciliations to maintain data quality across systems.
- Keep accurate records, logs and documentation to support compliance and service improvement.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to improve processes and ways of working.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a data support analyst, systems support or technical support role.
- Good working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
- Experience of troubleshooting system, data or integration issues.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems.
- Experience of working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS is helpful.
- Confidence using support tools, dashboards or command-line tools would be an advantage.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage your workload in a busy environment.
