Founders Associate

Location: 1-2 days in office / London

We’re now looking for an analytical, commercially-minded associate who can help run the business with precision, keeping us organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the operational backbone of our founder, making sure we stay sharp, structured, and ahead of our targets.

1. Lead Generation & Research

• Map the startup ecosystem (Pre-Seed → Series B) and identify potential clients.
• Translate funding signals, hiring trends, and founder movements into BD opportunities.
• Maintain and refresh client hotlists in RecruitCRM.

2. Data & Sales Enablement

• Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and insightful.
• Track KPIs, run weekly stand-ups, and provide performance insights.
• Help turn conversations, calls, and candidate data into usable BD leads.
• Assist with pitches, decks, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate outbound efforts - events, meetups, socials, and campaign prep.

3. Financial & Operational Support

• Assist with revenue forecasting and tax tracking.
• Keep tabs on invoices, cash flow, and company costs.
• Work closely with the founder to anticipate operational needs and prepare reporting.
