Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Role Overview:

As a Business Central Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will lead workshops, configure systems, and support implementations across various sectors, with a strong focus on healthcare and supply chain optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Design and implement Business Central solutions tailored to client needs
• Lead client workshops and training sessions
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure successful delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Strong understanding of finance, inventory, and supply chain modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare or public sector projects is a bonus
• Microsoft certifications (MB-800) desirable
