What the role involves:

• Providing day-to-day pastoral support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning

• Supporting behaviour management, wellbeing initiatives, and safeguarding processes

• Working closely with the pastoral and senior leadership teams to ensure every student feels valued, safe, and supported

• Contributing to a collaborative, student-centred school ethos
