We are seeking a skilled Projects Engineer to deliver modern technology solutions across a diverse customer base in multiple industry sectors. This role focuses on technical implementation and offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions in line with technical designs and project delivery plans, both remotely and on client sites
  • Create technical project plans, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
  • Lead customer interactions during project delivery and provide initial support during warranty periods
  • Ensure smooth handover to support teams and transfer knowledge effectively
  • Conduct quality assurance activities on projects implemented by other team members
  • Manage workload to meet delivery timeframes and maintain compliance with company procedures and regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working within a projects environment (internal or MSP)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Exchange Online, and M365
  • Understanding of M365 Identity and Access, including Conditional Access and MFA
  • Background in traditional Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage workload effectively
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Desired Qualities:

  • Experience in ISO-9001, ISO-27001, and Cyber Essentials certified organisations
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service operations
  • Exposure to project delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of modern approaches to cybersecurity
