SC Cleared Senior Storage Engineer - Central London - Isilon, Pure Storage, Dell EMC, PowerShell

TrinIT Talent are looking for a SC Cleared Senior Storage Engineer to come on board for a 6 month contract based in central London (50% on site). This role falls In Scope of IR35 and is paying £500 per day.

Job Description:-

Day to day you'll run the morning checks and report into the operations morning meeting. You'll also attend the weekly technical and ticket meetings and the capacity forum. You'll dig into hardware alerts, capacity and performance issues, work problem tickets through to root cause, and raise support cases with vendors. There's a good amount of PowerShell automation to make the estate easier to run. You'll also mentor junior engineers. The role includes a monthly 24x7 on-call rota, and out of hours work is paid.

Key skills:-

* Hands on NAS administration and NAS migration experience
* Dell EMC Isilon support and Scripting, plus VPLEX, Unity and VxRail
* Pure Storage administration
* Commvault and Cohesity maintenance and support
* Cisco MDS administration and configuration
* PowerShell, REST API and Scripting for automation
* ITIL incident, problem and change management
* Active SC clearance
