To apply for this role, you must have demonstrable change management and governance experience, proven CAFM expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Monitor, track and report on change readiness, adoption progress, and associated performance metrics.
  • Lead the design and functional enhancements required to maintain and evolve CAFM workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business functional leads, securing their commitment and active engagement throughout the change journey.
  • Provide coaching and guidance at all organisational levels to build capability and confidence in new ways of working.
  • Ensure CCDS-driven workflows integrate seamlessly with existing systems, tools, and operational practices.
