Role Summary

Lead the enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, governance, and strategic adoption of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow enterprise architecture and platform strategy
• Lead solution design and architecture reviews
• Drive platform governance, standards, and best practices
• Establish CSDM, CMDB, integration, and data architecture standards
• Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams
• Support digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives
• Oversee platform scalability, security, performance, and compliance
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to architects and development teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related
