Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant - M&A Programme

Duration: 3-6 months

Day Rate: £800 Inside IR35

Location: Warwick / Stevenage

We're seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to support the migration of c.150 employees into a payroll system, with a July go-live deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement payroll build based on pre-scoped design
Manage data extraction, HDL loads and reconciliation
Configure payroll elements, balances and Fast Formulas
Run payroll comparison testing and parallel runs
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
Work independently while collaborating with Architect & Product Owner

Required Experience:

Strong Oracle Cloud Payroll experience
Proven payroll migration / parallel run experience
Hands-on HCM Extracts & HDL
Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculations
Confident working autonomously in a large organisation

*Oracle Cloud Payroll certification and multi-country experience are advantageous*
