As UX Designer, you will shape the user experience across a complex SaaS platform, improving usability, simplifying workflows, and using research to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and execution for a high-usage SaaS product
- Design user journeys, wireframes, interface components, and interaction models
- Analyse product data and user behaviour to inform design decisions
- Partner with Product to define requirements, success metrics, and solutions
- Champion user-centred design across the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritise pain points
- Work with Engineering to ensure feasibility and high-quality delivery
- Balance user value, technical constraints, and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and boost adoption and satisfaction
About You
- Systems thinker with attention to detail and a user-first mindset
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and able to influence product direction and execution
Requirements
- 5+ years’ UX experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital products
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into usable solutions
- Experienced in leading user research and turning insights into action
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX problem solving
- UI skills beneficial but not essential
