About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced Account Executives with a focus on CRM sales to join their rapidly growing CRM sales team

As an Account Executive for the CRM product line, candidates will play a key role in driving CRM sales growth by delivering expert industry, sales, and product knowledge to customers. The focus will be on demonstrating the value of the CRM solution as part of the broader WorkOS platf orm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for the CRM product in a quota-carrying cap
  • acity.Lead discovery sessions and CRM-focused product demonstrations, aligning solutions with customer business objectives while showcasing best practices and use cases.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and connect product usage directly to customer ROI.
  • Act as a product champion within an agile environment, helping shape strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to drive continued growth and innovation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position the solution in the market and contribute to ongoing product evolution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven experience in direct new business acquisition.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute and thrive in a scaling environment.
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay current with industry trends to effectively differentiate solutions from competitors.
  • Strong commitment to process adherence, with a passion for identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and navigating legal and procurement discussions.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record as a self-starter who is results-oriented, adaptable, and naturally curious.
