This vacancy is for a 23 month fixed term post or secondment for a member of the ULTH Digital Services team, with a specific focus on supporting the implementation of NerveCentre Electronic Patient Record (EPR).

Main duties of the job
The post holder will co-ordinate a team of staff specialising in training and exploiting the use of theTrust ePR system and general PC / hardware training. The remit extends to any new digitalsystems implemented in the future.
The post holder will have a key role in the training element of the management of the digitaltechnology projects across the Trust.

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).

Job responsibilities
To work with the Business Change & ePR Training Manager to develop a Trust wide digital training service which will include:
- The exploitation of existing systems.
The implementation of the Trusts local digital strategy.
To co-ordinate the activities of a team of digital trainers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Trust ePR implementation that ensures the achievement of:
- Consistently high data quality.
- Security, password management, confidentiality and Caldicott recommendations.
Requirements of data set change notifications (DSCNs), new system releases and data accreditation programmes

Qualifications
- Educated to degree or equivalent Formal teaching / training qualification
- Evidence of ongoing personal development
- Microsoft Certified Trainer
- Formal IT qualification
- E Learning training
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- TAP
Previous Experience
- Significant experience of delivering IT Training on Microsoft Office and or clinical IT systems
- Evidence of developing IT training programmes / materials
- Evidence of developing Training Needs Analysis / Course Evaluation materials
- Experience of providing end user support services
- Evidence of working within a project structure
- Evidence of providing effective team management
- Experience of local acceptance testing
Knowledge
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Windows, Internet and Clinical Systems
