Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior UI/Frontend Developer to join a leading organisation within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' Front End development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Next.js, React Server Components (RSC) and configuration-driven dynamic UI development.

You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications, designing reusable component architectures and building flexible user interfaces driven by configuration.

Previous experience working within a BFSI company is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level Front End applications using Next.js and React.

• Implement React Server Components (RSC) to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

• Build configuration-driven dynamic UIs and layouts.

• Design and develop reusable, modular component architectures.

• Create flexible UI solutions that adapt to different business requirements.

• Optimise Front End performance, scalability and maintainability.

• Collaborate with architects, Back End developers and wider engineering teams.

• Follow Front End engineering standards and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years' professional Front End/UI development experience.

• Strong commercial experience with Next.js.

• Advanced React.js development skills.

• Hands-on experience with React Server Components (RSC).

• Proven experience developing configuration-driven dynamic interfaces.

• Experience building scalable and reusable component architectures.

• Background delivering complex enterprise applications.

• Previous experience working for a BFSI company - essential.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate both of the following:

1. Minimum 8 years' commercial Front End/UI development experience.

2. Previous professional experience within a Banking, Financial Services or Insurance (BFSI) organisation.

Both requirements are non-negotiable. Candidates must also have practical experience with Next.js, React Server Components and configuration-driven dynamic UI development.
