Job Title: Infrastructure / Modern Workplace Engineer Salary: circa ~£50,000 Location: Craigavon Contract: Permanent, full-time Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, full time in office The Role An established, large-scale organisation is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join its IT Operations function. Working within the Infrastructure Services team, you will act as a senior technical escalation point, taking ownership of complex incidents, driving service improvements and contributing to the design and implementation of technology solutions across the business. Responsibilities Take technical ownership of enterprise workplace technologies, ensuring platforms remain secure, resilient and fit for purpose. Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and problems, driving root cause analysis and service improvements. Design, implement and maintain solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Exchange Online. Lead proactive maintenance, upgrades and patching while identifying opportunities to improve service performance and efficiency. Support infrastructure projects and technology improvements, working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver effective solutions. Experience A minimum of 5 years' experience in a specialist infrastructure, architecture or technical delivery role within a medium to large organisation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and workplace platform operations. Strong technical expertise across Active Directory, Hybrid Identity and Microsoft Entra ID.
