External Information Solutions Lead

What you'll do:

• Drive the vision and roadmap for the data marketplace, ensuring it supports research and wider business needs.
• Work across teams to deliver enterprise data initiatives, applying modern data principles.
• Build and maintain high-quality external information datasets that are easy to find, use, and re-use.
• Engage closely with scientific and business teams to understand workflows and improve access to external information.
• Champion data quality and interoperability to support analytics and AI adoption.
• Partner with AI, data engineering, governance, and quality teams to align standards, models, and onboarding materials.
• Represent the data marketplace through presentations, training, and stakeholder sessions.

What you'll bring:

• Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong foundation in information science, metadata, ontologies, and FAIR data principles.
• Experience in product management and agile environments.
• Awareness of emerging tech, including agentic AI and LLMs.
• A collaborative style with confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
