UI Front end Lead engineer – AEM & Generative AI (Claude)

We are seeking a highly experienced UI Lead Frontend Engineer with 10+ years of experience in frontend development, enterprise UI architecture and technical leadership.

The successful candidate will design and deliver scalable, reusable and high-performance frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AWS and AI-assisted development tools.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of frontend/UI engineering experience.

  • Expert knowledge of React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites), Core Components, editable templates and client libraries.

  • Experience integrating frontend applications with AEM Headless, GraphQL and REST APIs.

  • Proven expertise in frontend architecture, reusable components, design systems and performance optimisation.

  • Hands-on experience with Claude AI / Claude Code for software development.

  • Good understanding of AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git and automated testing.

  • Strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication and team mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend architecture, technical design and development.

  • Build scalable React/Next.js applications integrated with AEM.

  • Establish reusable UI components, coding standards and engineering best practices.

  • Leverage Claude AI to improve development productivity and code quality.

  • Drive frontend performance, accessibility, security and CI/CD improvements.

  • Guide distributed engineering teams and collaborate with architects, UX designers and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on UI engineering leader with deep React/Next.js expertise, strong AEM architecture and integration experience, AWS knowledge and practical experience with Claude AI.
