General Manager

Lighthouse Software Group is hiring a General Manager for our portfolio to join our growing team in the UK!

We are seeking a seasoned and operationally driven General Manager to lead a UK-based technology company specializing in integrated hardware and software solutions for safety, monitoring, and compliance across the food and healthcare industries.

The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with deep experience in scaling B2B technology operations, balancing strategic execution with day to day excellence. This role will oversee all business functions, to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the company's operations, production, and service delivery, ensuring consistent performance, scalability, and profitability.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or service delivery within a technology or industrial business.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, process optimization, and cross functional leadership.
• Experience in compliance, monitoring, or temperature management workflows- ideally within healthcare, food service, or grocery retail sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience driving sales or go-to-market strategies in a B2B technology environment.
• Hands on, pragmatic, and collaborative problem solver who thrives in fast paced, entrepreneurial settings.
