The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining the Corporate Payments division, helping to drive growth across the Spanish SMB market — particularly in the professional services space. Your goal will be to generate interest, build relationships, and book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.
As you grow in confidence, you’ll start taking part in client meetings and contributing directly to the sales cycle. The business is scaling fast — and as the team grows, high performers are being fast-tracked into closing roles.
This is a role for someone strategic and curious — not a “smile and dial” environment. You’ll be trusted to think, to test, and to build creative outreach that stands out.
Your Role:
- Engage with professional service firms across Spain to generate pipeline
- Design creative outbound campaigns with the sales and marketing teams
- Own the full outbound motion — from research to first contact
- Learn directly from experienced sales leaders across Europe
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continually improve messaging and approach
What You Bring:
- Native/Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills
- A proactive, self-starting mindset — not afraid to pick up the phone
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly
- The ability to take feedback, adapt, and improve
- Strategic thinking — focused on adding value, not just volume
