Data360 Solution Architect

INSIDE IR35 HYBRID CONTRACT ROLE (LONDON UK)

Our client is looking for a strategic and data-driven Precisely Data360 Solution Architect to lead our enterprise data intelligence and governance initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary architect responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying solutions across the Data360 suite. You will bridge the gap between the Chief Data Office (CDO), business data stewards, and IT infrastructure teams, transforming complex business requirements into scalable data governance frameworks, automated data quality pipelines, and comprehensive data lineage models.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Design scalable data architectures within Data 360, mapping data ingestion, transformation (batch and streaming), and activation strategies for both structured and unstructured data.

• Data Federation & Integration: Architect Zero Copy integrations (query-based sharing) with external data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift without duplicating data.

• Data Harmonisation & Modeling: Lead the mapping of disparate data sources to the Customer 360 Data Model, creating robust Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) to ensure Real Time identity resolution and unified profiles.

• AI & Agentic Workflows: Structure data foundations to support intelligent and active data workflows, powering Agentforce, predictive AI, and low-latency triggers across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Data Officers, Data Engineers, and business leaders to define metadata-driven designs, data governance, lineage, and privacy compliance.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise Data Architecture or Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, with at least 1 years architecting solutions specifically in Salesforce Data 360.

• Core Data 360 Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Data 360 features, including Data Streams, Transformation paradigms, Identity Resolution rulesets, Calculated Insights and Segments.

• Data Mastery: Strong proficiency in relational database design and enterprise data modelling.

• Salesforce Architecture: Deep understanding of how Data 360 interacts with core Salesforce applications.

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant (or Data Cloud Consultant).

Optional Skills

• Advanced Analytics & AI: Experience setting up unstructured data indexing pipelines (parsing, chunking, embedding) or BYOM (Bring Your Own Model) capabilities.

• Data Ecosystem Connections: Familiarity with MuleSoft for API-led connectivity, or Tableau for visualising Data 360 insights.

• Industry Specifics: Experience deploying Data 360 in regulated industries requiring strict data residency, encryption, and compliance controls.
