Project Engineer

Hybrid (with some site visits across London)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

Are you ready to take your engineering expertise to the next level? We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join a fast-growing, innovative IT Managed Service Provider that’s reshaping the way businesses leverage cloud and on-premises technology. If you thrive on complex challenges, cutting-edge solutions, and making a real impact for clients, this could be your next big move.

What you’ll be doing:

No two days will be the same. You’ll be the architect and the problem-solver, trusted to:

  • Design and deploy modern infrastructure solutions, from traditional on-prem to cloud-first environments.
  • Champion Microsoft 365 & Azure – implementing and optimising Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, EntraID, Copilot, and beyond.
  • Lead high-impact migrations, whether it’s Google Workspace to M365, on-prem to Azure, or tenant-to-tenant transitions.
  • Fortify environments by configuring Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Servers, ensuring best-in-class security.
  • Bring communication to life with Teams Voice and Telephony rollouts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with cybersecurity standards and modern IT frameworks.

They're looking for a hands-on engineer with the certifications, skills, and ambition to hit the ground running:

  • Professional certifications such as M365 Administrator Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • A strong technical background in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, EntraID).
  • Proven experience managing complex migrations to M365 and Azure.
  • Expertise in Windows Server environments and Azure architecture.
  • A sharp eye for security and endpoint protection.

If you bring some of these to the table, you’ll stand out:

Experience with Copilot rollouts – governance, adoption, and user enablement.

Skills in automation & analytics (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell, Graph API).

Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).

Familiarity with identity and access solutions (Okta, Duo, PIM, EPM).

Cross-platform device management (Android, macOS, Linux).

Exposure to hybrid networking and security (Zero Trust, VPNs, Azure Firewall).

Strong backup/DR expertise and cost optimisation know-how.

Ability to deliver change management & adoption programs that empower users, not overwhelm them.

Why join them?

This isn’t just another MSP role. Here, you’ll:

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and expertise.
  • Make a tangible difference to business transformation projects.
  • Grow your career with support for training, certifications, and continuous learning.
